As Alfanar prepares to begin supporting green enterprises through their 3-year Sustain cycle and short term Seed cycles, the project aimed to incorporate green methodologies into the curriculum to support entreprises that are transitioning or build to be green.
To create a tailored curriculum that empowers and equips Alfanar staff members with training, tools and methodologies that would enable them to effectively assist green enterprises across Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan.
Needs Assessment Sessions with social enterprises and trainers to identify requirements.
Adaptation of existing social entrepreneurship modules to include considerations for green entrepreneurship.
Customized Curriculum in 6-module program supporting green transitions for social enterprises.
Impact Measurement System for measuring and monitoring progress.
Capacity Building: 10 professionals trained on foundational sustainability topics and methodologies, equipping them to support green initiatives.
