In April 2021, Ahla Fawda launched an internal transformation program to enhance its operations and improve services to beneficiaries. The goal was to shift from a traditional NGO model to a dynamic social enterprise, restructuring its organizational framework and procedures to increase efficiency, sustainability, and readiness for future investment.
